What is your online return policy?
We'll happily accept items in new condition with original tags and sanitary stickers attached for a full refund. You will be responsible for return shipping. We are not liable for loss of garments being returned, so we recommend using a traceable delivery method.
You have 28 calendar days from the date of purchase to issue your return. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
Please note that there is no refund on sale items, but they can be exchanged for size or colour or returned for store credit. Please contact us first via email or social.
What about if the garments are faulty?
We try our best to check every garment we sell for faults, you can get a full refund if you have received one that has slipped the net. Just let us know via email or social and provide as much information as possible.
We won't accept a refund for garments that have not been cared for correctly, so best to check here for garment care.
What if I need to exchange something for a different size or colour?
Yes, that's fine. Make sure they are still in new, unworn condition with original tags. You'll just have to pay for the return shipping. Best to contact us beforehand and we'll help you out from there.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know whats going on.
What is your in store return policy?
For in store purchases, we accept returns back for credit or exchange only within 28 days of purchase. We accept items in new condition with original tags attached. Please return the stuff you buy in-store back to the same store.
